• Digital printing

  A printing process of adhesive labels, without negatives nor plates. Digital printing is a process that combines digital technology and offset.
  The advantage of this kind of printing :
  It reduces technical costs as the negative and plate are removed
  A huge flexibility, thanks to the digital processing files.
  It brings a new solution for printing in small series, or various models. The quality of digital printing is similar to the one of a traditional Offset .
  Digital printing options :
  Removable inks, gilding, coating, varnish, holographic effect, security labels, numbering, barcode…

• Rotary printing Press

  Gallus EM280 is an innovating printing line which allows a various flexible combination of flexo, serigraphy and gilding printing processes.
  Gallus machines are well known for their performance.
  Thanks to its high technology, Gallus allows an excellent accuracy for a large volume or use.
  Extremely reliable even with high speed printing, Gallus EM280 is the answer to specific requests to print mid and large series.

• Semi-rotary typo Etipol combi 340

  We own two semi rotary presses, one for 2 colour printing and one for 5 colour printing with gilding and flexo varnish.

• Controller / packager

  The PRATI machine is dedicated to packaging ; it is also used to produce labels without impression.

• Automated rolling up

  The SERAME automaton ensures continuous production of labels rolls.

• The folder

  B.BUNCH machine is a system of automated fold to produce formsets.

• Digicom

  With this machine we can obtain a good finish of digital labels with gilding, film layer and varnish.
